All these three mantras are directly related to one of the most precious elements on earth-‘WATER”.
First mantra:-
AS SOON AS YOU GET UP, DRINK ONE LITRE OF WATER!!
Just drink one litre of water as soon as you get up, because the alkalinity of mouth will help to dissolve those alkaline minerals inside your belly….
SECOND MANTRA:-
AFTER HAVING A MEAL (BE IT LUNCH, DINNER OR BREAKFAST), DRINK HOT WATER AFTER 40 MINUTES.
The reason to do this is that hot water is a very good dissolvent of fat solutes, adipose tissues and the fatty content in the intestines.
Moreover, many have the habit of drinking cold water after having spicy foods or meals. This should immediately stop as this is one of the prominent reasons for various stomach related problems. Drinking cold water right after eating can cause indigestion because the cold temperatures change the consistency of the foods we’ve eaten, making them more difficult to digest. For example, fatty foods tend to solidify when mixed with cold water, making digestion more difficult. Longer digestion can result in acid reflux problems.

DRINK WATER ONLY WHEN YOU ARE SITTING!!
Drinking water in a standing position has a lot of negative effects. While standing, if we consume water, it splashes straight down through the esophagus (food pipe) in large volume, which may disturb the digestive system and may cause serious problems like kidney damage or stomach illness in the future. Secondly, consuming water while standing might disturb the balance of other body fluids. Ultimately it may affect some of the joints by causing deficiency of required fluids in those joints leading to joint pains known as arthritis.
Many doctors claim that with the help of this water therapy, most of the problems can be resolved as the human body constitutes of 70% of water, so most of the problems or diseases that arise are due to the quality of water which we drink. Many countries have this customary machines which convert the normal water to a water of ph 8.5-9.5, which according to doctors is the most suitable ph for our human body.
