Today, an annual health check-up is often something that is overlooked by most of the individuals. Sure you exercise regularly, eat healthy and practice stress management, but there is still a lot to gain from an annual health check- up. You may appear to be healthy, but that could be deceiving, as there are many illnesses in the initial stages that don`t show much of the symptoms earlier, thus having a very less chance of being detected on our own without medical tests, so most of the times, the individual is unaware of the fact what his/her body is undergoing and what changes are taking place within until it is too late for recovery.
