Take ample vitamin C which is very important for healthy gums.

Use toothpaste which contains fluoride as it promotes rebuilding of minerals in the tooth enamel.

Eat a balance diet every day, make sure we are not taking meal which is too hot or cold as it increases the sensitivity of the teeths.

Types of Dental disease and their treatment:-

  1. Bleaching and Whitening is one of the most famous dental treatment these days which is done to clean up of teeth which gives sparkling smile.
  2. Flap Surgery- Gingival flap surgery is a gum treatment method where infected gum is treated by separating the gums from teeth and infected area gets removed.
  3. Filling- Filling is done in decayed tooth to restore and prevent from further decaying. The procedure is very simple which include composite, porcelain and silver amalgam.
  4. Root Canal Therapy– It is done to remove deep cavities which have reached pulp. Infected area gets removed and is later cleaned and filling is done..
  5. Crown/ Bridge- It is done for the teeth which are treated by Root Canal Therapy. It is a covering of the teeth

All of the above disease are treatable if regular dental visit is done and precautionary measures are taken.
